  2. No Returns on Opened Products
    For hygiene and quality control reasons, we do not accept returns on any product that has been opened, used, or tampered with in any way.

  3. Return & Exchange Window
    Returns or exchanges must be requested within 48 hours of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot process any return or exchange requests made after this period.

  4. Eligibility for Return
    Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

  5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
    If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. We will work quickly to resolve the issue
